Description:
A small but complex beer, Meerts in general and Menuet specifically lean into the thirst-quenching, purely drinkable possibilities within spontaneous brewing. Made with local unmalted wheat, malted barley, whole leaf aged hops and our well water, Menuet was fermented and aged in oak for one year prior to blending and bottling

*Please note that not all beers are pouring at the same time. With the exception of the Lager Bar and Bonus Bar, one beer from each brewery is pouring at a time. When the first one from that brewery kicks, we move on to the next beer from that brewery, until we run out. The "Tap Order" indicates the order that beer will be tapped at, not a specific time.
