Description:

Winona Rain is a collaborative effort between Hotel Vermont, Caledonia Spirits, and Foam Brewers. For this beer we selected Valley of Gold, a beer inspired by a classic Belgian Trappist Pale, and aged a portion in a fresh Tom Cat Gin barrel from Caledonia Spirits. We then collaborated on new tart table saison brew. In the end, we came together once again to selectively blend the young saison with the gin-barrel aged Belgian Pale. The result is everything we were hoping for. We hope you enjoy.
